Wearing the Device
All ActiGraph activity monitors are designed to monitor human activity and record energy expenditure
(calories spent during normal activity, METs, everyday activity, and exercise). Additionally, these devices

time. The battery within each device is the only component that has a determined life expectancy (5
years). If a device seems to be under-performing, call ActiGraph’s Customer Service department
