8.4.5  Regulatory Approvals 

 

[R5-1] Devices shall meet the following regulatory approvals: 

•  FCC part 15C 
•  RSS210 (Canada) 
•  Radio (EN300 330-1v1.6.1 & EN300 330-2v1.8.1)  
•  Basic Safety Assessment (BSA) EN60950-1:2006, A1, A11, A2, A12 

 

8.5  Manufacturing 

 

8.5.1  PCB 

 

[R6-1] The PCB shall be compliant with UL94V0 standard and have printed UL logo. 

[R6-2] The PCB shall have printed a PCB manufacturer logo. 

[R6-3] The PCB shall have printed a UL file number and the type of board. 

 

An example of R6-1, R6-2 and R6-3 is shown in Picture 8-3. 

 

 

[R6-4] The PCB shall be compliant with RoHS directive 2011/65/UE. 

[R6-5] The PCB shall be made from the FR-4 material. 

[R6-6] The PCB shall have four copper layers. 

[R6-7] The PCB copper thickness shall be 1 oz. 

[R6-8] The PCB thickness shall be 1.6 ±0.1 mm.
