Start to sending pairing packet 

Receiver will show a message to indicate pairing’s status 

Waiting for pairing completed 

If pairing packet was not responded in 30 seconds, pairing 
operation failure, RC will exit pairing mode ignore all buttons; 

User should release all buttons (no RF packet should send), and 
then RC can handle a new pairing operation.

RC entering normal working mode 

In this mode, a minimum of current is consumed to maximize battery lifetime.  This mode is 
entered when no actions need to be executed.  When the user presses a button on the keypad, 
or rotary the switch to any direction, normal operating mode is entered.  

In this mode, no RF signal transmission. Keyboard is active.
