Temperature Settings
1. Foods of different densities may require a higher or
lower amount of heat to keep the food at the desired
temperature. For example, ground beef will need a
higher temperature setting to keep warm than will a
marina sauce.

2. To eliminate the risk of spoiling or food borne
illnesses, all hot and/or warm foods should be
