rack with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.
To remove heavy, burned-on soil,  scouring pads
may be used. After scrubbing, wash with soapy water,
rinse well and dry.
NOTE: The oven shelves and convection roasting
rack may be cleaned in the self-cleaning oven,
however, the shelves may darken in color, lose their
luster and become hard to slide if cleaned during the
self-cleaning cycle.
Wipe the shelf supports with cooking oil after 
cleaning to make the shelves slide more easily.
