Volume and Ringer Settings dialog box 
The Volume and Ringer Settings dialog box contains the following applicable items:
Ringer
Volume - Use this slider to adjust the volume of the sound that is played through your 
speakers or headset that occurs when you receive an incoming call.
Mute - Enable this check box to eliminate any sound that indicates an incoming call.

Windows Terminal Services edition of Avaya IP Agent.
