Warranty Information 

We take great pride in the quality, value and performance of our products and believe that it should offer 
you trouble free operation throughout its lifetime providing you take care to follow the simple instructions 
in this manual. 

a) 

CHAUVET provides, from  the date  of  purchase, to the original purchas er, a 24-month limited  warrant y on  all DMX products,  a 
12-mont h limit ed  warrant y  on s peci al eff ect  fixtures  and controllers and a  3-mont h limited  warrant y on it ems  wit h an “NV” 
prefi x. This li mited warrant y covers  manufact uring def ects i n mat erial and  wor kmans hip  onl y.  At t he time of ser vice,  the owner 
will need  to  be  able to provide  evidence  of  dat e and plac e of purchas e and serial number. 

 

b) 

CHAUVET does not c over  damage  or failure caused by  abuse,  misus e,  fault y inst allation, improper maint enanc e, or  any 
repairs not carried out by CHAUVET. 

 

c) 

Items  which  are  not  cover ed  by  warrant y are those c onsi dered as  parts  which  are prone to  failure due t o general  wear and 
tear. F or exampl e – lamps,  fuses , br ushes  and  belts.  Las er diodes  carry a (90day) warrant y.  For f oggers, see  user  manual. 

 

d) 

There  will be no obligations  or liabilit y on t he  part  of CHAUVET  for c onsequenti al damages arising from t he  use  of t he product 
or any i ndirect  damages  wit h res pect  to l oss of propert y,  revenue, or c osts f or removal,  installation, or re-inst allation. 

 

e) 

For warrant y s ervice the pr oduc t  must  be reported to CHAUVET t o recei ve a unique RA# (returns  aut horization  number) and at 
that  time  you  will be  advis ed  of  where t o s end the f ault y  product. 

 

f) 

All shipping c harges for returns  should  be  pre-paid. I f t he requested repairs or ser vice are  wit hin t he  terms  of  this  warrant y t hen 
the it em will be ret urned t o  you  on c ompleti on  without any charge. The unit  must  be in its  original pac kaging with  any original 
accessories.  CHAUVET  will not be responsi ble  or accept  any liabilities for  any l oss or  damage  to  additional items  whic h are 
sent  wit h ret urned product . 

 

g) 

If this  product is  not  cover ed  under t he  terms  of  this  warrant y, CHAUVET will advise  you  of  the costs  to c arry  out any repairs 
necess ary and t he unit  will  be s hipped  to  you  on receipt of  payment  for t he  work including the ret urn freight c harges. 

 

h) 

Please allow  2 to 4  weeks f or ret urn of  your product . Under normal circumst anc es  we tr y  to  ens ure  we c arry  out  warrant y 
repairs wit hin  5  wor king days.  We c annot  be held res ponsible f or delays in shipping.
