If you wish to use the External Query Link feature of the address book, then you MUST format you 
query output as shown in the following table.  All fields after the Addressee are optional, but obviously 
you must leave blank (place holder) fields if you wish to use a later field in the table.  Each field you 
supply will be truncated to the length shown.

Key Field 
This field may be used for identification of a record within the Address Book, it has no used outside the 
Address Book. 
Address Type 
The first character of this field is used to identify the type of address contained within the Address 
Field.  Available options are:- Fax, Telex, and Internet. 
Address 
This field specifies the Address that the message is to be sent to.  For example, in the case of a Fax 
type of Address, this field contains the number to be dialed.  Also, in the case of Fax and Telex 
addresses, an optional CSI/Answerback may be specified by separating it from the number with a 
comma.
