Troubleshooting Overview

Since a network printing system consists of various factors such as hardware, networks and
software components, it may be difficult to identify the cause of an error occurring in the system.
The wide-ranging network configurations and user settings further complicate the troubleshoot-
ing process.
When data sent from a computer connected through a network cannot be printed with this equip-
ment, follow the procedure below for troubleshooting.

Check the item below to see if the network settings have been cor-
rectly made according to Chapter 1 “EASY SETUP FLOW”.

Check the item below to see if the connected computers can detect
this equipment through a network and also if the data can be
printed out with this equipment.
