The strength of the signal currently being received is shown in percent and 
in the form of a bar.  

Picture and sound can be received when the signal strength is greater than 
30% but a signal of this strength is still extremely prone to interference and 
there is a risk of losing it altogether in poor weather conditions.  

In our experience, a signal strength of ca. 50% may be considered to be very 
stable.  

If the alignment of the satellite dish is carried out on a day when the weather 
conditions are unfavorable but at the same time a signal level of 50% is 
achieved, it can easily be that the level is considerably higher on a day when 
weather conditions are better.  

The value of 100% is to be considered here as a theoretical value.  

If you want to take a bearing on a different satellite to the one that has been 
preset, choose this from the list.  

The quality of the signal currently being received for the selected satellite 
will again be shown.
