Enable or Disable a VWN 

set vwn vwnx status up 

This will enable VWN x. 

set vwn vwnx status down 

This will disable VWN x. 

Where x is the VWN number. The VWN number can be 

between 1 and 14. 

Get the VLAN ID of a VWN 

get vwn vwnx vlan-id 

Where x is the VWN number. The VWN number can be 

between 1 and 14. 

Set the VLAN ID of a VWN 

set vwn vwnx vlan-id 

Where vlan-id is a value between 1 and 4096. 

Get the SSID of a VWN 

get interface wlan0vwnx ssid 

Where x is the VWN number. The VWN number can be 

between 1 and 14. 

Set the SSID for a VWN

 

set interface wlan0vwnx ssid ssid 

set interface wlan1vwnx ssid ssid 

(You must set the SSID on both radios on an AP) 

Where x is the VWN number and ssid is the ssid for the 

VWN. The VWN number can be between 1 and 14. The ssid 
can be any alphanumberic string up to 32 characters. 

Determine whether Broadcast SSID is 
enabled

 

get bss wlan0bssvwn<x> ignore-broadcast-ssid 

Enable or Disable the Broadcast SSID

 

Disable Broadcast SSID 

set bss wlan0bssvwnx ignore-broadcast-ssid on  

set bss wlan1bssvwnx ignore-broadcast-ssid on  

(You must disable both radios) 

Enable Broadcast SSID  

set bss wlan0bssvwnx ignore-broadcast-ssid off  

set bss wlan1bssvwnx ignore-broadcast-ssid off  

(You must enable both radios)
