The NetScreen-ISG 2000 provides physical ports, each of which can serve as a physical
interface. In addition, you can configure Ethernet ports to serve as virtual (logical)
interfaces.

The ethernet interfaces are located on the interface modules (see

Interface Type
Description
Ethernet interfaces
ethernetn1/n2 specifies a physical Ethernet interface, denoted by an
interface module in a slot (n1) and a physical port (n2) on the module.

vlan1 specifies the interface used for VPNs while the NetScreen device is in
