of machine, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND

that you seek additional training outside of

formal training before beginning any proj-

Blade Change

the  saw  blade  included  with  this  meat  saw  is  a
general  purpose  6  tpi  (teeth  per  inch)  blade.

SECTION 5: ACCESSORIES on Page

20 for replacement blades or blades designed
for cutting other materials. do research to help in
selecting the proper blade for the application.

ONLY use food-grade saw blades (typically

stainless steel) to prevent food contamina-

tion from metal corrosion.

To change the saw blade:

1. disCoNNeCt sAW FroM poWer!

2. rotate both wheel cover knobs clockwise to

open wheel cover and expose wheels (see

figure 6).

Knobs

To reduce risk of eye or face

injury from flying debris,

always wear safety glasses

and face shield when oper-

ating this machine.

Saw blades are very sharp

and can quickly cause cut-

ting injuries. Always wear

heavy-leather gloves when

handling saw blades.
