3.5.2 Initial configuration with AT commands
You can perform the initial configuration alternatively with the software HSComm as
described in the previous chapter.

Start your terminal program or the terminal window of HSComm.

Set the serial interface settings to the standard values: 19200 baud, 8 data bits, 1

The GSM signal should have a field strength of at least 12.
For lower values or the value 99 you will need to change the antenna location.

Restart
For the restart, you must insert the SIM card and restart the device. The device will reini-
tialize and login into the GSM network.

Switching the SIM Card
Prior to switching the SIM card, you must change or delete the PIN
before inserting the new SIM card.
Otherwise, the SIM card will be blocked after three unsuccessful
