1.  Select the Firmware and CPR 

Upgrade tab. 

2.  Click the Select Firmware File button.  

3.  Select the appropriate Firmware file and 

click Ok. 

4.  Click the Update Firmware button. 

TURNING THE PRINTER OFF DURING 

FIRMWARE INSTALLATION COULD DAMAGE THE 
PRINTER. 

Use the CPL (Cognitive Printer Language) Editor in 
Cognitive Administrator to send CPL to the printer.
