Choose a profile and tap Edit Selected Profile.

Edit the profile settings to match your network. This includes the SSID 
(network name) of your access point(s) and any security settings 
associated with your wireless network.

Tap the OK button near the bottom of the screen. Tap it again when the 
next screen appears.

To exit the Control Panel, tap the X button in the upper right corner of 
the screen.

Perform the steps in one of the next two procedures to configure 
dcBrowser for either TCP/IP or UDP Plus.
To configure dcBrowser for TCP/IP on the Intermec computer

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel. The Control Panel appears.

Double-tap Intermec Settings.

Tap Communication > UDP Plus.

Make sure that the UDP Plus Activate check box is not checked.

Tap the X button in the upper right corner of the screen. If you made a 
change, the “Save configuration changes?” prompt appears. Tap Yes to 
save the changes.

To close Intermec Settings, tap the X button in the upper right corner of 
the screen.

Perform the steps in the section, 
To configure dcBrowser for UDP Plus on the Intermec computer

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel. The Control Panel appears.

Double-tap Intermec Settings.

Tap Communications > UDP Plus.

Tap UDP Plus Activate until a check appears in the check box.

Tap Controller IP. An edit box appears. Tap inside the edit box and 
type the IP address for the controller. Tap outside the edit box to close 
it.

Tap Controller Port if you need to change the port number (which 
defaults to 5555) to match the port configured for UDP Plus on the 
controller. An edit box appears. Tap inside the edit box and type the 
port number. Tap outside the edit box to close it.

Tap the X button in the upper right corner of the screen. The “Save 
configuration changes?” prompt appears.
Note: When you start the dcBrowser client for the first time, you will be 
prompted for an IP address and port number.
