If a unit is found to be defective, contact Teltone customer service to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) 
number and shipping instructions. When returning units, provide the following information: 

•  Unit model number, unit part number, and serial number (obtained from the Unit ID label on the bottom 

of the unit). 

•  Teltone RMA number 
•  All available fault information  
•  Complete shipping and billing address 
•  Repair purchase order
