In the Retrieve RDO Files From text box, enter or select [Browse] to locate the directory 
from which RDO files will be retrieved.

Mark the [Optimize for Printer Mode] check box to verify that the RDO file is optimized 
before sending to a print shop.

9.

In the Save Jobs To area, complete the following:

a.

Select one of the following options:

–

Windows File System — Select this option to save jobs to the Windows File System.

–

Repository — Select this option to save jobs to the repository.

b.

In the User Name text box, enter the user name required to access the repository.

Note

The User Name text box is available only if the repository is selected.

c.

In the Password text box, enter the password required to access the repository.

Note

The Password text box is available only if the repository is selected.

d.

In the Host Name text box, enter the host name for the repository.

Note

The Host Name text box is available only if the repository is selected.

e.

In the Save Location text box:

–

If  the  Windows File System is selected, enter or browse for the location to which the 
jobs will be saved after conversion via Network Agent.

–

If  the  Repository is selected, browse for the location to which the jobs will be saved 
after conversion via Network Agent.

10. Select [OK].
