Transfer Protocol
Select the default value for the transfer protocol. Select either FTP or SMB.
Server Name / IP Address
Enter the recipient server name or IP address for transmission destination.
Shared Name (SMB Only)
Enter the shared name set for the SMB folder. Do not start shared names with a slash
(/). If they start with a slash (/), the machine will not identify them when processing

Enter the directory for storing documents. When SMB is selected, use a UNC format.

Adding an Address Book Entry
1. Log in as the administrator.
2. Press the Machine Status button on the UI.
3. Select the Tools tab.
4. Select Setup & Calibration > Setup.
5. Select Add Address Book Entry.
