Agents are the background processes in the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace plug-in for the IBM Lotus Notes integration that run 
on the IBM Lotus Domino Server. You must grant permission so that the agents can run on the server.

Sign in to the IBM Lotus Domino Server as an administrator.

Open IBM Lotus Domino Administrator.

Select your Domain tab (for example, CISCO_Domain).

Select Configuration.

Expand the Server view.

Select Current Server Document.

Select Security in the right pane.

Double-click the page to bring it in to edit mode.

Scroll to the right until you see the Programmability Restrictions area.

In the Who Can

column next to the following restrictions, add MeetingPlace to give yourself these permissions:

Run unrestricted methods and operations

Run restricted LotusScript/Java agents

Select Save & Close.

You must sign the MeetingPlace Server Agent (MPSA) database template to verify that it has permissions to run agents on the 
IBM Lotus Domino Server.

Copy the MeetingPlace Server Agent (MPSA) database template to the IBM Lotus Domino Server. See the 

Sign in to the IBM Lotus Domino Server as an administrator.

Open IBM Lotus Domino Administrator.

Select your Domain tab (for example, CISCO_Domain).

Select Files.

Choose Templates Only.

Right-click the file name of the MeetingPlace Server Agent (MPSA) database template (either MPSA.ntf or 
MPSA_SSL.ntf).

Choose Sign.
