Scheduling a Future Meeting
Before You Begin
Consider your security needs. To understand the security options available 
when you schedule your meeting, see the

Restrictions
You cannot schedule meetings more than two years in advance; your system 
administrator sets the exact limit for your system.
You can schedule a meeting that starts up to, but not including, 30 minutes in 
the past.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in with your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 
 and password.
Step 2
Click Schedule at the top of the page.
Step 3
