Use Secure Web Server (https://)
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) helps ensure that the security of the
information shared in a web conference is not compromised. It
does this by encrypting the data for travel across the network.
You must first enable SSL security in IIS. Refer to page 192 for
instructions. To enable the SSL option in MeetingPlace Web,
place a check in the Use Secure Web Server (https://) box.
Additionally, you must have obtained a certificate from an
authorized Certificate Authority and have applied the certificate
to the MeetingPlace Web web site. (Consult your IT Department
for assistance).
Agent Access Tab
For users to connect to MeetingPlace Web, the Granted Access
option box must be selected in the Agent Access tab of the
MeetingPlace Gateway Configurations utility.
To enable granted access:
1.  From Start | Programs | MeetingPlace Applications |
MeetingPlace Gateway Configurations, select the Agent
Access tab.
2.  Enable the Granted Access option by placing a check in the
box.
3.  Click OK.
