Chapter 7  Using MeetingPlace Web 
From the Meeting Room, you can access the following features 
that help you to manage the meeting and improve its overall 
effectiveness:
Sidebar: Includes Chat, Attachments, and Participants tabs. 
You may also access these tabs from the View menu. To hide 
or view the Sidebar, go to the View menu and select Sidebar.
Menus: Access many in-session features through Personal, 
Meeting, View, Share, and Help menus.
Toolbar: The toolbar provides an easy way to access various 
menu functions. To hide or view the Toolbar, go to the View 
menu and select Toolbar.
Attending a Web Conference
To attend a web conference:
1.  From the Current Meeting page, click the Join Web 
Conference button.
2.  Please wait while the Meeting Room initializes.
3.  If this is the first time your Web browser has joined a 
MeetingPlace web conference, two Security Warning 
windows appear. 
To prevent these windows from appearing in the future, place 
a check in the “Always trust content from Latitude 
Communications” option box, and click Yes.
