Chapter 7 Using MeetingPlace Web
To lock/unlock a meeting from the Meeting Room:
1. From the Meeting Room, go to the Meeting menu, and select
Locked or Unlocked. Or, select the Meeting Locked or
Unlocked icon from the toolbar.

2. Ensure that only invited users are attending by reviewing the
list of participants from the Participants tab sidebar.
To mute or unmute your line from the Meeting Room:
1. From the Personal menu, select Muted or click the Mute/
Unmute icon from the toolbar
.
2. To unmute your line, select unmuted from the Personal menu.
3. The Participants tab and toolbar displays your updated
speaker status.
To mute or unmute a participant from the Meeting Room:
1. From the Participants tab, select a participant’s name and
click the participant link. The selected participant window
displays.
