MeetingPlace Services
A suite of services that supports MeetingPlace by offering a range 
of deployment options. MeetingPlace Services encompasses the 
following:
Managed Services. Latitude-owned equipment installed on a 
customer’s premise and connected to their network, but managed 
by Latitude’s MeetingPlace Services group. 
Hosted Services. Latitude-owned equipment installed off-site at a 
hosted facility but still connected to a dedicated customer’s 
network. Hosted Services is equivalent to a dedicated external 
site. 
Overflow Services. A group of MeetingPlace user licenses that 
are shared amongst a group of customers for overflow purposes. 
Overflow Services is equivalent to a shared external site. 
MeetingPlace Image
A collection of sites (internal and/or external) that end users can 
roll across. Separate images do not share database information 
(like lists of meetings) or profile directories. A site can be a 
member of several different images, e.g., MeetingPlace Services 
(a site) can be part of Image 1, which contains all sites within the 
U.S., as well as part of Image 2, which contains all sites within 
Asia Pacific.
