reason you cannot access this folder, or if the drive is full, then 
your file attachment operation will fail.
When Users Can’t Join a Web Conference
If one or more users report they are unable to join a web 
conference, you need to determine whether the problem affects 
everybody in the meeting or just a few of the participants. 
If no one can join the web conference, the problem is most likely 
related to the MeetingPlace Web server, such as one of the 
Windows services being down. If only one or two participants are 
affected, those users may have network connectivity issues.
To determine if a user has connected to the web conference 
server: 
MeetingPlace WebShare users—the Meeting Room appears 
with the connection status icon displayed in the right corner, 
as displayed in Figure 11-1.
NetMeeting users—The user’s name and the MeetingPlace 
Web Conference Server appear in the main window of 
NetMeeting, as displayed in Figure 11-2
If you determine that one or more users have not connected to the 
web conference server, refer to Table 11-1 for possible solutions.
