Configuring Passwords
You can use a password to protect both Desktop Administrator and Desktop Presence
Administrator. If you set a password in either application, that password applies to
both applications. By default, no password is required for either application.

Configuring a Password in Desktop Administrator
A password is optional for Desktop Administrator. If a password is configured, when
you select the logical contact center node you will be prompted to provide the
password before you can access any of the subnodes.

1. In the navigation pane, select the Call Center 1 node.
