Reducing the screen resolution for a shared remote
computer

While sharing a remote computer, you can reduce the screen resolution on the
remote computer. This option helps to prevent the need to scroll while viewing the
desktop or applications on the remote computer. The reduced screen resolution also
appears in all participant sharing windows. You can return a remote computer's
screen resolution to its original setting at any time during a remote access session.
