To allow (or prevent) particular users or groups to use reservationless
meetings, set the attributes described in the following table. Then see the next

In MeetingTime, select the

tab

action, and then set the attributes as shown

For greater flexibility, system managers may configure individual user
profiles and user groups to use the Reservationless Meetings feature.

Reservationless attribute (described in the previous section,
