The CIC in the database is probably messed up. Re−input all the NSF data and restart the system.

ACTI tries to insert the NSF IE (Information Element) into an outgoing setup message but fails. The NSF
code is not sent in the Setup message that goes out. This can cause the outcall to fail if the NSF code is
needed. Otherwise, the outcall can cost the customer a lot more to make.

The ACTI software or lower is probably corrupted. Restart the system in order to fix this.

A user pressed the keycode 1379 nnnn where nnnn is indicated by "Keys %d". The port and conference
number of the user is also noted in the message.

This is used as a way for users (properly trained) to indicate that they experience trouble while they use
MeetingPlace. Talk to the user to find out why they pressed this keycode.

One of the modules on an Audiocodes board has come up. The module has been configured for PSTN
operations. There are up to two of these messages for a TP1610 (two modules per board) and one of these
messages for a TP1610−ultralite.

There is nothing that needs to be done. However, if a system is configured to have a certain Audiocodes board
perform PSTN operations and this message is not received, there is a system configuration problem. In this
case, contact Cisco Technical Support for how to resolve this issue.
