Before You Begin

Open IBM Lotus Domino Designer.

Procedure

Step 1

Open the mailx.ntf template.

Step 2

Choose the wPreferences form.

Step 3

Locate the Calendar section. It contains three hotspots: FreeTime, Entries, and AutoProcess. Hotspots are URLs that
can be programmed.

Step 4

Move the cursor to the end of the hotspot list.

Step 5

Enter MeetingPlace as a new hotspot.

Step 6

Double-click the new MeetingPlace hotspot.

Step 7

Choose Create > HotSpot > Action Hotspot.

Step 8

Select the lower-right pane.

Step 9

Enter the following formula to program the hotspot:

@If($PreferencesPage = "MeetingPlace"; @Return(""); "");

FIELD $PreferencesPage := "MeetingPlace";

@Command([RefreshHideFormulas])

Step 10

Save the mailx.ntf template.
