When a user in one time zone sets up a recurring meeting and invites users in another time zone, the 
incorrect time appears in the When line of the notification. However, the time in the body of the 
notification is correct, and the placement on the calendar is correct.

When a meeting is scheduled with attachments, users will receive the attachments in their e-mail 
notifications for the meeting even though the Include Attachments attribute in their user profiles is set 
to No (not to receive attachments with meeting notifications).

The Include Attachments attribute in user profiles is available on the MeetingTime Configure tab under 
Receiving Notifications.
