Enterprise Data
Enterprise data, the Information associated with an incoming call, is displayed in the
CAD desktop applications. The Enterprise Data window is used to specify what
information is displayed and how it appears.

Fields
The Field List displays both the predefined fields in ICM and the custom fields you
create using the Field Editor.

NOTE: Data containing the pipe ( | ) character cannot be displayed correctly.
