ICallEvents Interface
CallType
SHORT
The general classification of the call 
type.
UniqueObjectID
STRING
An object ID that uniquely identifies 
the call object.
RouterCallKeyDay
INT
Together with the 
RouterCallKeyCallID field forms the 
unique 64-bit key for locating this 
call’s records in the ICM database. 
Only provided for Post-routed and 
Translation-routed calls. 
RouterCalKeyCallID
INT
The call key created by the ICM. The 
ICM resets this counter at midnight. 
RouterCallKey 
SequenceNumber
INT
Together with RouterCallKeyDay 
and RouterCallKeyCallID fields 
forms the TaskID.
ConnectionCallID
UINT
The Call ID value assigned to this 
call by the peripheral or the ICM.
ANI (optional)
STRING
The calling line ID of the caller. 
DNIS (optional)
STRING
The DNIS provided with the call. 
UserToUserInfo 
(Optional)
STRING
The ISDN user-to-user information 
element. unspecified, up to 131 
bytes. 
DialedNumber 
(Optional)
STRING
The number dialed. 
CallerEnteredDigits 
(Optional)
STRING
The digits entered by the caller in 
response to IVR prompting. 
ServiceNumber 
(Optional)
INT
The service that the call is attributed 
to, as known to the peripheral. May 
contain the special value 
NULL_SERVICE when not 
applicable or not available.
