AAA server is unreachable.

In Cisco IOS Release 12.2(25)SEE, this feature was 
introduced on the Cisco Catalyst 3750 switch.

In Cisco IOS Release 12.2(31)SG, support was added for 
the Cisco Catalyst 4500 switch.

In Cisco IOS Release 124.(11)T, support was added for 
Cisco routers.
