Trap Logs

EAPOL Logoff Frames Received—EAPOL Logoff frames received on the 
port.
Invalid EAPOL Frames Received—Unrecognized EAPOL frames received 
on this port.
EAP Length Error Frames Received—EAPOL frames with an invalid packet 
body length received on this port.
To clear statistics counters:
Click Clear Interface Counters to reset all counters to 0 for the selected 
interface.
Click Clear All Interface Counters to reset all counters to 0 for all 
interfaces.
Trap Logs
The system can be configured to use SNMP to identify and log various system 
events such as authentication attempts and link state changes on the network. See 
 for information on configuring this feature. You can use 
the Trap Logs Page to view these events.
To display the Trap Log page, click Status and Statistics > Trap Logs in the 
navigation window.
The trap log displays the following information:
Number of Traps Since Last Reset—Traps generated since the trap log 
entries were last cleared.
Trap Log Capacity—The maximum number of traps stored in the log. If the 
number of traps exceeds the capacity, the entries will overwrite the oldest 
entries.
Number of Traps Since Log Last Viewed—Traps that have occurred since 
the traps were last displayed. Displaying the traps by any method (terminal 
interface display, web display, upload file from switch, etc.) will cause this 
counter to be cleared to 0.
Log—The sequence number of this trap.
