This command configures the maximum number of transmission retries counter.

Resets the specified counter configuration to the default value. 
Sets the maximum number of alive retries. 
 Must be an integer between 0 and 10. Default is 3. 
Sets the maximum number of retries for the SNS procedure 
 Must be an integer between 0 and 5. Default is 3.

Sets the maximum for NS transmission retries.
