Packing the CDE100

Follow these steps to pack the CDE100 for shipping:

Step 1

Place half slotted container 5 into corrugated tray 2.

Step 2

Secure the corrugated tray 2 to the pallet 1 using metal staples.

Step 3

Tear out the inner-most removable piece located on each end of 3 (both top and bottom caps).

Step 4

Insert the bottom piece of 3 into the tray 2.

Step 5

Place carton 4 into bottom foam cap 3.

Step 6

Seal cartons 4 and 5 using an appropriate amount of 3M373 3.00” wide pressure-sensitive plastic carton
sealing tape (with Cisco logo).

Step 7

Apply tilt indicator labels/devices 6 to the exterior of 5 per 95-6263-XX.

Step 8

Secure the packaging unit to pallet 1 using poly-banding and edge protectors as illustrated.

Step 9

Prepare for shipment.
