Overview
Overview
The Cisco WebEx Social data export feature lets you export data from various Cisco WebEx Social
entities, including communities, posts, post comments, users, and user groups. When you execute an
export operation, the system extracts data from the entities that you specify and saves the data in one or
more export files that it stores in an export folder on the NFS server. You can then import this data to
other systems.

The data extraction process is handled by the Worker nodes in your Cisco WebEx Social cluster. For
