  Setting Your Availability
Note
If you do not want to use your master password with one or more of the services listed, you can go to 
the service’s settings tab and sign in with another user. For example if Calendar is listed as a service to 
use the master password but you want to use another, go to Calendar and WebEx Login and enter your 
other username and password.
Step 4
Enter your Username and Password.
Step 5
Click Save.
Setting Your Availability
Let others know your availability through the course of your work day. Click the down-arrow icon next 
to your name, and select your current availability.
Note
This feature is available only if Cisco WebEx Social is integrated with the instant messaging 
solution of your organization.
Note
Setting availability is available only if Cisco WebEx Social is set up to use the integrated chat 
and calls client. If you are using an external client such as Cisco Jabber for chat and calls, your 
Cisco WebEx Social availability will reflect your external client availability. For more
