Cisco WebEx Social lets you combine many of the tools and services that you need throughout your 
workday and use them from a single location. Calendar, meetings, documents, calls—they are all here.

Previously, you might have been asked to enter your username and password separately for each of those 
tools or services even if they matched. Cisco WebEx Social’s Master Account feature allows you to enter 
your username and password once and you will be automatically authenticated to each of the covered 
tools and services.

To enter your master password:

Select Account Settings from your profile menu.

Click Master Account under My Account.

Notice the table labeled Services using the master account. These are the services that will use the 
username and password you enter. You need to provide credentials separately for other services that are 
supported by Cisco WebEx Social but are not listed there.
