In Cisco StadiumVision Director Release 2.3 and later, a DMP 4310G can auto-
discover the Cisco StadiumVision Director server via DHCP and then auto register 
with Cisco StadiumVision Director. Once a DMP is registered, Cisco StadiumVision 
Director automatically executes the necessary commands to provision the DMP for 
operation with StadiumVision. 

This section describes the DMP auto-registration and auto-provisioning workflows 
for preparing Cisco StadiumVision Director, the DHCP Server, and the DMP to use 
the auto-registration and auto-provisioning functionality. It also covers how to view 
the workflow status throughout the auto-registration process. 

Note: Auto registration is not supported for the DMP 4305G.  

Note: DMP 4310s must have firmware SE2.2.1 build 1932 or later installed in order 
to support auto-registration.

configuration of DHCP Options, for example a CNR (Cisco Network Registrar
