Symptom
Some time on 5/5/2015, the ability to load the Cisco StadiumVision Director Control Panel was reported
from the field and also reproduced in the Cisco lab. The Control Panel will start to load but will remain
at 0% on screen. Before 5/5/2015 there were no issues in loading Control Panel.

Solution
A certificate in the Adobe library expired without announcement to the development community causing
applications that utilize the Adobe library to cease operating on or after 5/6/2015. Adobe has since
provided updated versions of their libraries with updated certificates.

Recommended Action
Upgrade your system to the latest Cisco StadiumVision Director Release 4.0 version.
