E-mail notification of database purging activities are not sent
Symptom
The CRA system does not send e-mail notification of database purging
activities.
Possible Cause
The Email subsystem is not configured or e-mail notification is not
set up properly in CRA Administration.
Recommended Action
1.
From the CRA Administration web page, choose Subsystems > eMail and
make sure that correct information is entered in the Mail Server and eMail
Address fields.

The CRA system does not send Syslog notification or SNMP trap
notification of purging activities.
Possible Cause
The Cisco AVVID Alarm Service is not running, Syslog is not
configured, or SNMP service is not configured.
Recommended Action
1.
Make sure that the Cisco AVVID Alarm Service is running.
2.
Make sure that Syslog is properly configured.
3.
Make sure that SNMP service is properly configured on the CRA server.
