Working with Reports
E-mail a report
Run reports from Favorites
You can run reports from the Favorites list.
To run a report
Step 1
From the menu bar on the right side of any main WebView window, select
Favorites. The Favorite Reports page opens, listing the reports you have stored as
Favorites.
Step 2
Check the checkbox next to each report that you want to run.
Step 3
Click Run. Each selected report opens in a new window.
Delete report definitions from Favorites
To delete a report from Favorites
Step 1
From the menu bar on the right side of any main WebView window, select
Favorites. The Favorite Reports page opens, listing the reports you have stored as
Favorites.
Step 2
Click the checkbox next to each report definition that you want to delete.
Step 3
Click Delete. A confirmation window opens.
Step 4
Click OK to confirm the deletion. The report definition or report definitions that you
deleted will no longer be available after you press the Refresh button on the browser
toolbar.
E-mail a report
You can send a report URL through e-mail for display on another user's terminal.
The report will also be updated on the user's terminal according to the defined
refresh rate.
Reports extracted into another tool or saved from the browser's File > Save As

was saved. You can e-mail these reports by appending them to (or copying them
into) the e-mail.
