1. Overview
Unified ICM Peripheral Gateway interacts with two Aspect software
packages on the Aspect Call Center ACD: the Application Bridge Event
Link Interface and the Real-Time Bridge. The PG uses the Application
Bridge Event Link interface to monitor agent status and call states. The
Event Link interface consists of a set of unsolicited messages that indicate
transitions in agent and call state.
