Use the Windows Add/Remove Programs utility to permanently uninstall the Cisco ICM/IPCC

To perform a permanent uninstallation:
Step 1
Log onto your system as a user with administrative privileges.

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel.

Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.

Select the Cisco ICM Minor Release ICM7.2(1) entry.
