Step 3
Stop side B.
Step 4
Ensure default routing is operating properly.
Step 5
Start side A – verify stabilization with calls processing (default routing no longer 
invoked).
Step 6
Perform the following upgrades on side B:
a.
ICM 4.6.2 to ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition, Release 6.0(0) (for each 
ICM component)
b.
MS SQL 7.0 SP3 to MS SQL 2000 SP4
c.
MS Windows 2000 SP3to MS Windows 2000 SP4
Step 7
Synchronize the side A Logger with the side B Logger.
Step 8
Start side B.
Step 9
Stabilize with the Peripheral Gateways at ICM 4.6.2 and calls processing.
Peripheral Gateways
Note
This sections assumes you have duplex PGs.
Step 1
Stop the side A PG and perform the following upgrades:
a.
ICM 4.6.2 (for the PG component) to ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition, 
Release 6.0(0)
b.
MS Windows 2000 SP3 to MS Windows 2000 SP4
c.
CTI OS server 4.7 to CTI OS server 6.0
d.
CILTest 4.7 SP3 to CILTest 6.0
e.
CallManager Simulator 5.0 to CallManager Simulator 6.0 
Step 2
Start the PG(s) and verify stabilization with calls processing.
