CallManager, CAD Server and Client, CTI OS Agent and CTI Agent
Step 1
Stop CallManager and perform the following upgrades:
Note
Calls will be stopped during this time period.
a.
CCM 3.3.3 to CCM 4.0
b.
Publisher 3.3.3 to Publisher 4.0
c.
IP IVR 3.1 to IP IVR 3.5
d.
MS SQL 2000 SP3 to MS SQL 2000 SP3a
e.
MS Windows 2000 SP3 to MS Windows 2000 SP4
Step 2
Stop the CAD server and Client, then perform the following upgrades:
a.
CAD server 4.4.1 to CAD server6.0
b.
MS SQL 7.0 SP3 to MS SQL 2000 SP3a
c.
CAD Client 4.4.1 to CAD Client 6.0
d.
MS Windows 2000 SP3 to MS Windows 2000 SP4
Step 3
Stop CTI OS Agent and CTI Desktop, then perform the following upgrades:
a.
CTI OS Agent 4.6.2 to CTI OS Agent 6.0
b.
CTI Desktop 4.6.2 to CTI Desktop 6.0
c.
MS Windows 2000 SP3 to MS Windows 2000 SP4
Step 4
Start CallManagerCAD Server and Client, and CTI OS Agent and CTI 
Desktop
.
Step 5
Start calls and perform post testing.
