Creating a New Group 

1.  From the Home screen, tap

Create. Enter information:

• Tap Group name to enter a Group Name. 

• Tap Group ringtone to choose a ringtone for calls from 

members of this group. 

• Tap Message alert to select an alert to play when a message is 

received. 

• Tap Vibration pattern to choose a vibration to play for calls 

from members of this group. 

• Tap Add member to select members from Contacts. 

3.  Tap 

 to save the new group. 

Editing a Group 

1.  From the Home screen, tap

2.   Tap a Group to display it.

Edit group. Update information for 

the group. (For more information, see “Creating a New 

Group” on page 52.)

Deleting a Group 

1.  From the Home screen, tap

Groups. 

Menu. Tap Delete groups.

2.  Tap 

3.   Tap a group to mark it for deletion, or tap Select all to 

mark all groups. When selected, a check mark appears 

in the check box. You cannot delete pre-loaded groups. 

4.   Tap Delete. Choose Group only or Group and group 

members. 

Adding Contacts to a Group 

1.  From the Home screen, tap

2.   Tap 

Add. 

3.   Tap contact(s) to mark them for addition, or tap Select 

all to mark all contacts. When selected, a check mark 

appears in the check box. 

4.   Tap Done to add the selected contact(s).
